Djugeena is a beautiful billabong in Arnhem Land. Myndjil and Traydoo are two friends who love living there. One day two crocodiles save Traydoo's life and are asked to stay to be Djugeena's protectors. Over time, the crocodiles become more and more selfish with the animals becoming tired and very unhappy. Read the book to your child, playing the song at least once to get them to develop a sense of community and love. Show them on a map where Arnhem Land is and ask them about how long it would take to drive from your house.
